Thank you heaven! It seems that you give me something new to heal everyday!  I wish in some way it came easier or that I was better able to see the blessings that lie within these lessons.  These lessons are the kind that make me want to crawl under my covers and sleep until they go away.  Yet, I am wise enough to know that the only way through this is to accept that its in my space and try my best to deal with it in a positive, transforming way. 

I know that my words will not help this situation, and so I will use the power of soul to transform some difficult relationships that are happening in my life at this time.

Dear soul mind and body of............ and ..................
I love you.
I am very sorry if I have done anything to either of you in any lifetime that has caused tension and hurt between us.  I am sorry if my thoughts, speech or actions have been unkind and unloving.  I apologize for not being better able to verbalize my feelings.  I apologize if I have not been a better example of a unconditional universal servant.
I deeply want to work in an environment that is loving and joyful.  I wish to HELP people.  To heal them.  To make their lives happier and healthier.  I want to be a beacon of light for others.
I want to bring joy into your life and help you deeply connect to the Divine and to your own souls.  We must be a Bao Yuan Shou Yi team.  A team that lifts each other up.

Dear the soul of .......................
I love you.  I forgive you.  I kindly ask you again, to forgive me for whatever I said or did to upset you, in this lifetime and in past lifetimes.  I also fully accept that you may not forgive me, and so I ask heaven to help us to release the karmic ties that are holding us, and causing negative feelings.

This is very hard for me to bring up, but I think this may be a test for me to learn how to express myself in a kind and loving way.
I wish you well on your spiritual journey and I will always hold love and appreciation for you and what you have brought into my life.  Please join my soul in chanting Divine Love to transform our relationship as most appropriate.  I am so grateful.
